How Investor Funds are used

Investor capital raised through our Crypto Loan Notes is used exclusively to increase liquidity on our decentralized exchange.

For example, if $5 million is raised from investors, approximately $4.25 million is actively deployed into trading liquidity while the remaining $750,000 is held in reserve to manage redemptions, volatility, and operational contingencies.

Investors receive regular updates detailing deployed balances, trading activity, and performance metrics throughout the life of the note. Liquidity is deployed using a conservative and structured approach.
